BCBA Job Description
We would like you to take a manageable caseload, so we will make sure that you have the right amount of direct (supervision) and indirect work (BASPs, BIPs …). We are committed to ensuring that you feel comfortable with what you do within our company, regardless of your level of experience.
Minimum requirements:
- Master’s Degree level or equivalent in Education or Psychology.
- Hold an active BCBA Certification.
- Pass a level 2 background check after the interview.
- Hold a Basic Life Support Certificate from the American Heart Association or obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
The Following duties include but not limited to:
- Holds a Basic Life Support Certificate from the American Heart Association before employment.
- Maintains the BCBA certification active every two years.
- Collects the caregiver’s signature for the rendered session.
- Performs clinical interviews with caregivers.
- Conducts behavioral assessments prior to treatment.
- Collects behavior data on paper and devices.
- Designs treatment plans based on NET and DTT.
- Makes individualized clinical decisions.
- Supervise RBT’s treatment integrity.
- Always maintains HIPAA compliance.
- Elaborates and updates the Behavior Intervention Plan as needed.
- Elaborates treatment plan updates reports.
- Performs Preference assessment.
- Performs Reinforcement assessment.
- Runs Parent training.
- Prepares and conducts team meetings.
- Documents information with relevant forms according to the company’s guidelines.
Physical requirements
Due to the nature of the job, there will be moments which will require:
- To seat on the floor, small chairs in various settings such as the home, school, community, or clinic.
- To move frequently throughout the therapeutic setting, and exercise movements including but not limited to bending, kneeling/crouching, rushing.
- To be able to lift up to 30 lbs and constantly monitor visually the patients and their surroundings.

RBT Job Description
If you are not an RBT yet but meet the minimum requirements, we will educate you for free to become one.
Minimum requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have completed high school-level education or equivalent.
- Pass a level 2 background check/ fingerprinting clearance after the interview.
Duties:
- Collects the caregiver’s signature for the rendered session.
- Follows the treatment and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
- Performs data collection for skills and problem behaviors.
- Writes session notes at the end of the session.
- Chats with the child’s caregiver about the progress of events of the child’s session.
- Follows the ethics by the BACB.
- Follows the BCBA’s directions at all times.
- Participates in regular meetings including monthly staff training (if applicable).
- Always Maintains HIPAA compliance.
- Holds a Basic Life Support Certificate from the American Heart Association before employment.
- Maintains the RBT certification active every year.
- Documents information with relevant forms according to the company’s guidelines.
Physical requirements:
